All withdrawals are automatically credited to your nominated settlement bank account. To change or update your registered bank account, submit the following via the FirstMetroSec Help Center.

Update Bank Account
Provide the following information:
- FirstMetroSec Account Code (ex. OTA00000)
- Full Name
- Bank Account Name (should be the same as your FirstMetroSec account name)
- Bank Account Number
|Area of Concern
- Account Update Form
- One (1) valid government ID
- Proof of Bank Account. Any one (1) of the following:
- ATM with name and account number
- Passbook that shows the name and bank account number
- Teller validated deposit slip
- Wire transfer confirmation
- Online banking screenshot showing account name and full account number.
