To update your account, follow the steps below:
Regular Account
- Fill-out the Account Update Form

Prepare the required documents:
- One (1) valid government issued ID
- Utility bill (in case of change in preferred mailing address)
- Proof of settlement bank account (in case of change in settlement account)
- Marriage Certificate (if updating Civil Status)
- For self-employed, proof of business reflecting the owner's name (e.g. Business Permit, DTI/SEC/BIR Registration, Mayor's Permit, BIR 2303, GIS with shareholder information)

Copy of Foreign Passport ID and valid Philippine Visa (such as ACR, AEP, SIRV)
For Students
School ID
For Retiree
