What is changing?
Instead of relying solely on One-Time Passwords (OTP), Passkeys use the built-in security features of your device, such as:
- Fingerprint
- Face Recognition
- Device PIN
This provides stronger protection against unauthorized account access while making authentication faster and more convenient.
Why are we making this change?
As part of BSP's strengthened authentication requirements, Passkeys help better protect clients from fraud and unauthorized transactions.
