For visa applications, be sure to indicate the country or Embassy name, where the certificate will be addressed to.
Note that the portfolio certificate will show the current market value of all the specified account’s holdings such as stocks, mutual funds, Unit Investment Trust Funds, bonds, and cash.
Portfolio Certification Fee is ₱100 per copy, and will be deducted from the client’s FirstMetroSec account, including delivery charges, if any.
If the purpose is to attend an Annual Stockholder’s Meeting (ASM), indicate the stock code and the number of shares owned. The broker certification for ASM is free-of-charge to the shareholder.
Processing is 2-3 business days.
For rush request, fee is ₱200 per copy. Cut-off time is 12:00noon for same day release of certification. Rush request received beyond 12noon will be processed on the next trading day.
