Inactivity Timeout/Automatic Logout feature

For security reasons, our trading platforms have an inactivity timeout feature that automatically logs the inactive users out after a specified idle period. This minimizes the threat of unauthorized access when the user left his/her computer or mobile.

Please refer to the table for the corresponding idle period duration of the trading platforms.
