Intent Form to Participate in Bond Issuances

How do I participate?

Click HERE so you will be directed to the INTENT FORM. Note that submission constitutes your firm, unqualified, and irrevocable intent to participate in the proposed issuance.

How to fill out the INTENT FORM?

• Your email address: (Registered email address in FirstMetroSec)
• Your Complete Name
• Click the Data Privacy Agreement
• FirstMetroSec Account Code: (i.e. OTAXXXXX, MBAXXXXX)
• Area of Concern: Products and Services > Bonds
• Subject: (Bond Name)
• Choose the Bond Type
• Input the amount
• Description: Submitting my intent to reserve for ___ Bond.
• Is your FirstMetrosec Account Updated: YES
• Agree to terms and condition
• Click submit.

Will payment for the bond be deducted from my FirstMetroSec account?

The amount will be earmarked from your FirstMetroSec account on the set deadline for intent form submission.  Ensure that you have sufficient cleared/withdrawable cash in your account on this date. Take note that sold stocks take 2 business days before the amount becomes cleared or withdrawable. 

Received intent forms of accounts with insufficient funds will be considered CANCELLED.

When will I know if my participation in the issuance is confirmed?

Note that submission of the intent form does not guarantee allocation, as this is determined by the issuer and underwriters. You will be notified via email of your allocated volume at the start of the offer period. On the same day, the final amount will be deducted from your account and any unused amount will be released back to your buying power.

Are there requirements I need to submit?

Once allocated, kindly print, fill out, and submit scanned copies of the following documentary requirements by clicking this link.

**For Toyota Financial Services Philippines Corporation (TFSPH) Fixed Rate Notes, original copies of the requirements needs to be submitted

1. Bonds Application to Purchase (ATP) - will be available at the start of offer period
2. PDTC Specimen Signature Card
3. Client Suitability Assessment (CSA)
   
4. Rockwell Land Corporation (ROCK) Fixed Rate Bonds due 2029 and 2031 ATP
5. Metrobank Series F Fixed Rate ASEAN Sustainability Bonds Due 2027 ATP
6. RCBC Series G ASEAN Sustainability Bonds due 2029 ATP
