Transfer Securities and Fixed Income

   SWITCH TO FIRSTMETROSEC

  1. Fill and sign the Securities Transfer Request Form
  2. Open this link and fill out the necessary information. 
    • Your email address: (Registered email address in FirstMetroSec)
    • Transfer Type: (Stock Transfer In)
    • Originating Broker: (Complete name of the Trading Participant)
    • Full Name: (Registered full name in FirstMetroSec)
    • FirstMetroSec Account Code: (OTAXXXXX)
    • Area of Concern: (Other Services > Transfer of Shares FROM another Broker)
    • Attachment: (Upload here the Securities Transfer Request form)
  3. Submit one (1) valid government-issued ID.
    • The Account name in Other Broker should be exact match with Account Name in FirstMetroSec.
    • Transfer fee of P75.00 per company will be deducted from FirstMetroSec stock trading account.
    • Provide both FirstMetroSec and the counterparty broker with a copy of the form.
    • Please ensure that all ID details are clear and visible, and that the ID is not expired. Kindly affix your signature three times beside the ID.

TRANSFER SHARES FROM FIRSTMETROSEC

  1. Fill and sign the Securities Transfer Request Form
  2. Open this link and fill out the necessary information:
  • Your email address: (Registered email address in FirstMetroSec)
  • Transfer Type: (Stock Transfer Out)
  • Counterparty Broker: (Complete name of the Trading Participant)
  • Full Name: (Registered full name in FirstMetroSec)
  • FirstMetroSec Account Code: (OTAXXXXX)
  • Area of Concern: (Other Services > Transfer of Shares TO another Broker)
  • Attachment: (Upload here the Securities Transfer Request form)

3. Submit one (1) valid government-issued ID

  • The Account name in Other Broker should be exact match with Account Name in FirstMetroSec.
  • Transfer fee of P75.00 per company will be deducted from FirstMetroSec stock trading account.
  • Provide both FirstMetroSec and the counterparty broker with a copy of the form.
  • Please ensure that all ID details are clear and visible, and that the ID is not expired. Kindly affix your signature three times beside the ID.

INTERNAL TRANSER

TRANSFER SHARES FROM FIRSTMETROSEC ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER FIRSTMETROSEC ACCOUNT

  1. Fill and sign the Securities Transfer Request Form
  2. Open this link and fill out the necessary information. 
  • Your email address: (Registered email address in FirstMetroSec)
  • Transfer Type: (Internal Transfer)
  • Full Name: (Registered full name in FirstMetroSec)
  • FirstMetroSec Account Codes: (OTAXXXXX to OTAXXXXX)
  • Area of Concern: (Other Services > Transfer of Shares FROM Account 1 to Account 2)
  • Attachment: (Upload here the Internal Transfer of Shares form)

3. Submit one (1) valid government-issued ID.

  • The Account name in Other Broker should be exact match with Account Name in FirstMetroSec.
  • Transfer fee of P75.00 per company will be deducted from FirstMetroSec stock trading account.
  • Provide both FirstMetroSec and the counterparty broker with a copy of the form.
  • Please ensure that all ID details are clear and visible, and that the ID is not expired. Kindly affix your signature three times beside the ID.

What are the requirements in transferring FI?

  1. Client must open an online trading account in FirstMetroSec.  Click this on how to open an account and the list of requirements.

  1. Once the account is created, please submit the following to customerservice@firstmetrosec.com.ph 
  2. FI Transfer Request Form
  3. Copy of your Bond Certificate or Confirmation of Sale (COS)

*Transfer fee is waived

*Provide FMIC with a copy of FMIC Non-Trade related transfer form

*For Joint Accounts, both account holders must sign in the forms
