Here is the step-by-step guide to reset your FirstMetroSec password:
- Click Forgot Username or Forgot Password on the FirstMetroSec login page.
- Enter the required information.

Check your registered email for the temporary password.
- Log in using your username + temporary password.
- After updating, log in again with your temporary password.
- Change your password to a new one (must meet the password requirements).
Password Requirements
Your new password must have:
- 10–20 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
