How to transfer shares?

STOCK TRANSFER IN

TRANSFER SHARES TO FIRSTMETROSEC FROM ANOTHER BROKER 


1. Fill and sign the Securities Transfer Request Form
2. Open this link and fill out the necessary information. 

  • Your email address: (Registered email address in FirstMetroSec)
  • Transfer Type: (Stock Transfer In)
  • Originating Broker: (Complete name of the Trading Participant)
  • Full Name: (Registered full name in FirstMetroSec)
  • FirstMetroSec Account Code: (OTAXXXXX)
  • Area of Concern: (Other Services > Transfer of Shares FROM another Broker)
  • Attachment: (Upload here the Securities Transfer Request form)

Note on the following:

  • The Account name in Other Broker should be exact match with Account Name in FirstMetroSec.
  • Transfer fee of P75.00 per company will be deducted from FirstMetroSec stock trading account.
  • Provide both FirstMetroSec and the counterparty broker with a copy of the form.
  • Submit one (1) valid government-issued ID.
    • Note: Please make sure that ID details are clear and visible. ID should not be expired. Kindly Sign thrice beside your ID.

 

STOCK TRANSFER OUT

TRANSFER SHARES FROM FIRSTMETROSEC TO ANOTHER BROKER

 

1. Fill and sign the Securities Transfer Request Form
2. Open this link and fill out the necessary information. 

  • Your email address: (Registered email address in FirstMetroSec)
  • Transfer Type: (Stock Transfer Out)
  • Counterparty Broker: (Complete name of the Trading Participant)
  • Full Name: (Registered full name in FirstMetroSec)
  • FirstMetroSec Account Code: (OTAXXXXX)
  • Area of Concern: (Other Services > Transfer of Shares TO another Broker)
  • Attachment: (Upload here the Securities Transfer Request form)

Note on the following:

  • The Account name in Other Broker should be exact match with Account Name in FirstMetroSec.
  • Transfer fee of P75.00 per company will be deducted from FirstMetroSec stock trading account.
  • Provide both FirstMetroSec and the counterparty broker with a copy of the form.

  • Your email address: (Registered email address in FirstMetroSec)
  • Transfer Type: (Internal Transfer)
  • Full Name: (Registered full name in FirstMetroSec)
  • FirstMetroSec Account Codes: (OTAXXXXX to OTAXXXXX)
  • Area of Concern: (Other Services > Transfer of Shares FROM Account 1 to Account 2)
  • Attachment: (Upload here the Internal Transfer of Shares form)
  • Submit one (1) valid government-issued ID.
    • Note: Please make sure that ID details are clear and visible. ID should not be expired. Kindly Sign thrice beside your ID.

 

Note: Strictly no change in beneficial ownership.
